Lauren listens and provides thoughtful solutions and answers to most any question, challenge, or dilemma. She is also an active investor and opportunistic real estate entrepreneur so she really does know all areas, has a great eye for design on what a home could be, and she knows the right people to get it done in terms of lenders, contractors, and tradespeople. You can hire Lauren and not only get the home of your dreams at a reasonable value or you can deal with the rest which I wouldn't wish upon anyone after seeing what that looks like. Lauren helped us sell our condo at the edge in Scottsdale back in October. and when I say helped, I mean she did everything! As a seller living out of state, I needed her to coordinate all the things that needed doing to get the place ready to sell. she was better than awesome at every detail! and her team, from the painters to tilers to the cleaners were fantastic! Everything Lauren did was perfect. she was attentive and responsive even though our place much lower in price. she made us feel like we were her only priority. emails and calls returned immediately. I could not say one negative thing about Lauren and the way our sale went. I will recommend her for however long she stays in Phoenix.
